Susan Wambui Kibaara is the Deputy Director of County Records and Archives Management at the Nairobi City County Government, where she leads all records management functions. She is responsible for policy development, staff supervision, budget planning, training, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards for quality and security of records. She is at the forefront of the County’s digital transformation, spearheading audiovisual archiving and digitization projects to modernize service delivery. Susan also acts as a key liaison with external stakeholders on records management matters. She holds a BSc in Information Science from the University of South Africa and a. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Knowledge Management and Innovation.
