The IASA Discography Committee invites you to attend our open meeting at the annual conference in Vilnius, Lithuania. This in-person meeting will also offer an online option for IASA members who are unable to attend the conference. The Zoom link to attend virtually appears below.

In the past our committee has been active in creating the International Bibliography of Discographies, and in developing the IASA guidelines for National Discography. We are currently working with the ARSC Discography Committee (Association for Recorded Sound Collections) and others to develop a universal discographic database (UDD), a
peer-reviewed resource for research into historical sound recordings. At this conference meeting we’ll provide an overview of the UDD project proposal and allow time for attendees to give updates about their own projects. We’ll also hold an election for committee officers.

For more information about the committee, see: https://www.iasa-web.org/discography-committee.
